I have finished putting together my roadmap for v1.1 of nForum
and what features I am going to start working on:
v1.1
- Email template for all messages/notifications
- Report member to admin
- Private messages between members
- Email notifications / subscriptions
- Autofolders for topics in Categories (Date or Alphabetise)
- Front End Mods (Enable members to be moderators on front end so
they can edit/delete posts & topics without logging into
Umbraco)
- Performance Increases (Maybe caching)
At the moment I am going to concentrate on getting these
features in before I look at the package making it backwards
compatible for v4.5.X, if you have any other suggestions for future
improvements I'd love to hear them below.
